Do I need to pay a deposit?
No. We do not take a deposit and we do not block money on your card. You are still responsible for damage to the car as described in our terms, unless you take full insurance.
What do I need to rent a car?
You must be at least 20 years old and have held your driving licence for at least 1 year. Bring your passport and licence. If your licence is not in English, you also need an International Driving Permit.
Is insurance included?
Yes, basic insurance is included in every rental. Full insurance is available for an extra cost. Ask us when you book.
Is mileage unlimited?
Our cars come with unlimited mileage.
Where can I pick up the car?
At Tirana International Airport (Rinas) or in Tirana city. We can also bring the car to your hotel near the airport.
Can I return the car in a different place?
Yes. You can return the car at the airport or in Tirana city at no extra cost. One-way rentals to other cities are possible for a fee.
Can I drive to Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia or Greece?
Yes, with our permission. We give you the Green Card insurance for the border for a one-time fee of €50. Tell us when you book.
What is the fuel policy?
Same-to-same. You get the car with a certain fuel level and return it with the same level.
How do I pay?
You pay when you pick up the car. We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and cash.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellation is free.
What if my flight is delayed?
We follow your flight and wait for you at no extra cost. Send us your flight number when you book.
Do you have automatic cars?
Yes. For example the VW Golf 6, Golf Plus and Passat are automatic. You can see the gearbox type for every car on the Our Cars page.
How much does it cost?
Prices start from €22 per day for an economy car like the Skoda Fabia. SUVs like the Volvo XC60 start from about €50 per day. Prices change with the season.
Can I add a child seat or an extra driver?
Yes, for a small extra fee. Every driver must be on the rental agreement.
